How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend booking 24–48 hours ahead for personalized gifts. For special dates (Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Christmas), we suggest 3–5 days in advance.

Do you deliver to hotels and resorts?

Yes. We have extensive experience delivering to hotels, all-inclusive resorts, villas, homes, and offices across the Riviera Maya. We coordinate directly with the concierge when applicable.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept international cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), PayPal, Mercado Pago, and SPEI transfers. All transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL.

Can I personalize my gift?

Absolutely! We personalize colors, messages, photos, flavors, and sizes. Just share your idea on WhatsApp and we'll make it happen.

What are your delivery hours?

We deliver from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 365 days a year. Early-morning deliveries are our specialty for those wake-up surprises.

Do you ship outside the Riviera Maya?

For now we cover only Cancún, Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Puerto Morelos. This lets us guarantee top quality and punctuality.

Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?

Yes. When you confirm your order on WhatsApp, you choose the exact date and time slot. We confirm the delivery an hour ahead with a real-time photo.

How do I know my gift arrived safely?

We send you a delivery photo on WhatsApp, either of the recipient receiving the gift (with their consent) or of the delivery location.

Do you have options for anonymous surprises?

Yes. We can deliver without revealing the sender, or with a special note. Just tell us how you'd like to sign it (anonymous, initials, a message).

Are the surprise breakfasts delivered warm?

Yes. Hot breakfasts are prepared minutes before delivery and travel in thermal packaging to keep them at the ideal temperature.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?

Of course. We offer gluten-free, vegan, lactose-free, and nut-free options. Just let us know your restrictions when you place your order.

Do you accept cancellations?

Yes, up to 12 hours before delivery with a full refund. Cancellations with less notice are refunded at 50% to cover costs already incurred.

Can you deliver to boats or yachts?

Yes. We've delivered to marinas, docks, and private yachts at Puerto Cancún, Marina Puerto Aventuras, and Playa Mujeres. We coordinate with the crew.

Do you handle gifts for companies or large events?

Yes. We offer a corporate service for client gifts, employee gifts, custom branding, and bulk deliveries with volume discounts.

What happens if the recipient isn't there?

We make up to 2 attempts. If there's no answer, we leave it with the front desk/concierge along with a photo as proof, and we coordinate the next step with you.

Do you have options for smaller budgets?

Yes, starting at $450 MXN. We have gifts ranging from minimalist to gourmet deluxe. Tell us your budget and we'll suggest real options.

Are the flowers fresh?

100%. We work with local suppliers and buy our flowers the same day. We guarantee at least 5–7 days of freshness with basic care.

Can I send a gift from abroad?

Yes. Many of our customers are children, partners, or friends in the U.S., Canada, or Europe surprising their loved ones in the Riviera Maya. International WhatsApp is welcome.

Do you have a physical store I can visit?

Perishable items (flowers, breakfasts, food) and personalized products cannot be returned, but they are covered by our satisfaction guarantee: if your order arrives damaged, incomplete or wrong, report it within 24 hours with photos on WhatsApp or to administracion@lovely.mx and we will replace, exchange or refund it.
