Frequently Asked Questions
What types of balloons do you handle?
We work with latex balloons, metallic helium-filled balloons, confetti giants, numbers and letters, and customized vinyl designs. The Mixed Balloon Bouquet is published on the website for $950 MXN, and we customize the rest of the combinations via WhatsApp depending on the occasion.
How many balloons are in the bouquets?
We create bouquets from 5 to 50 balloons. A bouquet of 5 to 7 works as a desk or table accent; starting from 15, the effect is already room decor and is the range requested for birthdays and hotel surprises.
How much does a balloon bouquet cost delivered?
The published Mixed Balloon Bouquet costs $950 MXN with delivery included in standard areas of the Riviera Maya. Custom arrangements are quoted based on quantity, size, and if they include numbers, letters, or vinyl customization. Write to us with your budget and we will propose options.
How long does a helium balloon stay inflated?
Metallic helium balloons can stay inflated for several days, while latex balloons lose volume much sooner. That is why we deliver them the same day as the event and not in advance: we prefer that they arrive firm at the moment of the surprise.
Can you put the name or age on the balloons?
Yes. We handle numbers and letters for marking the age or initials, and customization with vinyl for names and phrases. Customization with a name or photo requires 24 to 48 hours, so it is best to order it with at least two days' notice.
Do you deliver balloons to hotels, resorts, and Airbnbs?
Yes, and it is one of the most requested items for in-room surprises in the Riviera Maya. We need the full name of the recipient and their room number, and we coordinate with the reception or concierge when the hotel requires it. When it's finished, we send you a photo or video of how it turned out.
Can you decorate the room, not just deliver the bouquet?
Yes, we set up on-site decoration for birthday, anniversary, and proposal surprises. This cannot be purchased through the website because it depends on the space, hotel access, and time: it is quoted via WhatsApp with photos of the location when possible.
Can I combine balloons with flowers, cake, or breakfast?
Yes, and it is the combination that is most requested for birthdays. You can add a cake starting from $290 MXN, flowers starting from $490 MXN, or a surprise breakfast in the same order, and everything arrives together, in one trip and at the same time.
