How long until this product arrives?
If you order before 6 PM, we deliver the next day starting at 6 AM. For same-day express delivery, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I send it to an address other than my own?

Yes. The dimensions (cm/in) are the real measurements. A 5–10% variation is normal for handmade products, given their handcrafted nature.
What if I want to make a change after confirming?
Up to 6 hours before delivery we can make minor tweaks (message, ribbon color). Bigger changes fall under our cancellation policy.
Is tax included?
Yes. All prices shown already include tax (IVA). If you need a CFDI 4.0 invoice, let us know when you confirm and we'll issue it with your tax details.
Can I get a discount for a large order?
For 5+ units of the same product we apply a 10% discount, and 15% for 10+ units. For corporate events, we provide a custom quote.
Can I add another product to the same order?
Yes. Multiple products in the same order are delivered together at no extra shipping cost, as long as it's the same date and address.
