Llevamos la decoración directamente a tu hospedaje o domicilio. En caso de que el hotel o resort requiera permisos especiales de acceso, podemos entregar el kit listo al personal de Concierge, Mayordomos o Guest Services para que ellos realicen el montaje en tu habitación.

Can I get a discount for a large order?
For 5+ units of the same product we apply a 10% discount, and 15% for 10+ units. For corporate events, we provide a custom quote.
Can I add another product to the same order?
Yes. Multiple products in the same order are delivered together at no extra shipping cost, as long as it's the same date and address.
Do flowers last longer in hot weather?
We recommend keeping them cool when possible and misting them lightly every 12 hours. In coastal weather (Riviera Maya), they last 5–7 days with basic care.
Do you offer refunds if I don't like it?
We don't refund for personal taste: every gift is made to order. If the product doesn't match the description or arrives damaged, report it with photos within 24 hours and we replace it or give you an equivalent; only if that isn't possible do we refund it.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?
Yes. Time slots: 6–9 AM (morning surprise), 9 AM–12 PM, 12–3 PM, 3–6 PM, 6–9 PM. The exact time is confirmed an hour ahead with a photo.
Are the product photos real or just for illustration?
They're real. Every product you see was put together and delivered to an actual customer. Slight shade variations may occur depending on flower availability.
Can I reorder the same gift on a recurring basis?
Yes. We have customers who send something every month or anniversary. We save your preferences to your account so your next order takes 30 seconds.
Is there a discount for repeat customers?
Yes. From your 3rd order we apply a 5% loyalty discount, and 10% from the 6th. Yearly customers (12+ orders) get exclusive discounts and priority.
