What size is it?

Yes, you can add extras or ask us for a combination.
Does it include a card with a dedication?
Yes, at no extra cost and with real space: up to 500 characters printed at professional quality. It's the difference between being able to write what you want to say and having to summarize it in one line.
How far in advance should I order for Valentine's Day?
During peak dates, it's advisable to reserve several days in advance. Outside high season, if you order before 6 PM we deliver the next day, and there is same‑day express delivery via WhatsApp subject to a minimum amount. Personalized gifts always require 24 to 48 hours.
Does the price include delivery?
Yes, within the standard zones of the Riviera Maya. In farther areas, such as Tulum from Cancún, a charge of $200 to $400 MXN applies depending on distance. We never charge the recipient.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card with Stripe, SPEI transfer, and PayPal, available 24 hours. Cash is only accepted for in‑store payment and never on delivery: charging the recipient would ruin the surprise.
What if I want to make a change after confirming?
Up to 6 hours before delivery we can adjust minor details (message, ribbon color) if the personalization hasn't been made yet. Date, time or address can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. There are no cancellations.
Is tax included?
Yes. All prices shown already include tax (IVA). If you need a CFDI 4.0 invoice, let us know when you confirm and we'll issue it with your tax details.
