Frequently Asked Questions
What do people give for a graduation?
Something that best works is something that celebrates the achievement and can be photographed that same day. The Lo Lograste item for $790 MXN and the Yellow Flower Bouquet for $990 MXN are the most popular. Prices range from $490 to $5,250 MXN.
Do you have something for the ceremony?
Yes, and it's better to coordinate it via WhatsApp than to buy it separately, because the time and access to the venue are crucial. We deliver 365 days a year from 8:00 to 18:00; if the ceremony is at night, the delivery is done earlier at home or at the hotel.
What flowers are suitable for a graduate?
Sunflowers are the most popular because they communicate achievement and look good in photos. A mixed bouquet starting from $490 MXN is the safe bet if you don't know their preferences, and the Ramo Deluxe of 100 Roses for $3,450 MXN is reserved for university or postgraduate graduations.
Can you put the name or major/field of study on the gift?
Yes. Personalization with a name or photo takes 24 to 48 hours, and a totally custom design takes 3 to 5 business days. Putting the name and the year is what turns the detail into a lasting keepsake.
Can I combine flowers with balloons and a cake?
Yes, and that is typical for graduations. You can add a balloon bouquet, a cake starting from $290 MXN, and chocolates in the same order; everything is delivered assembled together, not as separate pieces.
How far in advance should I order?
If you order before 6 PM, we deliver the next day. The graduation seasons in June and December get very busy, so in those months, it is best to book several days ahead. Personalized items always require 24 to 48 hours.
Do you deliver to the hotel where the family is staying?
Yes, we deliver to hotels, resorts, and Airbnbs in the Riviera Maya. We need the full name and room number, and we coordinate with reception or concierge when the hotel requests it. When we finish, we send you a photo or video.
Do you have anything big for an important achievement?
The Special Hot Air Balloon Gift of $5,250 MXN is our biggest centerpiece and the one requested for graduations and postgraduate studies. It requires advance booking because it is custom-built.
