Realizamos la decoración directamente en el lugar de tu evento. En caso de requerir permisos especiales de acceso en hoteles o resorts, entregamos el kit completo al personal de Concierge, mayordomía o Guest Services para que ellos realicen el montaje final en la habitación.

Is this product always in stock?
Most are. Products with specific flowers or seasonal decor may need an extra 24–48 hours. We'll confirm when you place your order.
How long until this product arrives?
If you order before 6 PM, we deliver the next day starting at 6 AM. For same-day express delivery, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I send it to an address other than my own?
Absolutely! That's the whole point of a surprise gift. Just tell us who it's for and where, and we'll take care of the rest.
Are the measurements shown exact?
Yes. The dimensions (cm/in) are the real measurements. A 5–10% variation is normal for handmade products, given their handcrafted nature.
What if I want to make a change after confirming?
Up to 6 hours before delivery we can adjust minor details (message, ribbon color) if the personalization hasn't been made yet. Date, time or address can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 12 hours' notice. There are no cancellations.
Is tax included?
Yes. All prices shown already include tax (IVA). If you need a CFDI 4.0 invoice, let us know when you confirm and we'll issue it with your tax details.
Can I get a discount for a large order?
For 5+ units of the same product we apply a 10% discount, and 15% for 10+ units. For corporate events, we provide a custom quote.
Can I add another product to the same order?
Yes. Multiple products in the same order are delivered together at no extra shipping cost, as long as it's the same date and address.
