Do flowers last longer in hot weather?
We recommend keeping them cool when possible and misting them lightly every 12 hours. In coastal weather (Riviera Maya), they last 5–7 days with basic care.
Do you offer refunds if I don't like it?
We don't refund for personal taste: every gift is made to order. If the product doesn't match the description or arrives damaged, report it with photos within 24 hours and we replace it or give you an equivalent; only if that isn't possible do we refund it.
Can I schedule delivery for a specific time?
Yes. Time slots: 6–9 AM (morning surprise), 9 AM–12 PM, 12–3 PM, 3–6 PM, 6–9 PM. The exact time is confirmed an hour ahead with a photo.
Are the product photos real or just for illustration?
They're real. Every product you see was put together and delivered to an actual customer. Slight shade variations may occur depending on flower availability.
