Can I change the message on the heart?
Yes, the heart balloon is personalized with the text you provide when placing your order—for example, their name or 'Happy Father's Day'.
How far in advance should I order in June?
Father's Day is one of our busiest times, so it's best to reserve several days ahead. Outside of peak season, if you order before 6 PM, we deliver the next day, and there is same-day express delivery via WhatsApp subject to a minimum amount.
Do you have anything for a dad who lives in another city?
Yes. Within our own routes, we deliver in the Riviera Maya, Cuautitlán Izcalli, and Satélite. For the rest of the country, we send gifts that withstand transit via DHL: write to us and we will tell you which ones work for that delivery.
Does the price include the delivery?
Yes, within the standard areas of the Riviera Maya. In more distant areas, such as Tulum leaving from Cancún, an additional $200 to $400 MXN is added depending on the distance. The recipient of the gift is never charged anything.
Can I combine it with a breakfast or a cake?
Yes, and that’s what turns the little treat into a full day experience. Surprise breakfasts are delivered starting at 6 AM with a prior reservation, and you can add a cake starting from $290 MXN in the same order. Everything arrives together in one trip.
Do flowers last longer in hot weather?
We recommend keeping them cool when possible and misting them lightly every 12 hours. In coastal weather (Riviera Maya), they last 5–7 days with basic care.
Do you offer refunds if I don't like it?
We don't refund for personal taste: every gift is made to order. If the product doesn't match the description or arrives damaged, report it with photos within 24 hours and we replace it or give you an equivalent; only if that isn't possible do we refund it.
