Frequently Asked Questions
How many people is the individual red velvet for?
For 1 to 2 people: it's the version meant as a personal detail or a craving for two.
Can I add it to a surprise breakfast?
Yes, it's an ideal addition for a breakfast or a gift box; add it from the cart.
What's on top?
A crown of fresh red berries: blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries.
Can I include a dedication with the cake?
Yes, at no extra cost. We include a professional quality printed card of up to 500 characters, so there's plenty of room for more than just a couple of lines. You write the text when confirming the order and it travels with the cake.
Do you deliver cakes to hotels, resorts, and Airbnbs?
Yes, that is what we most ask people to coordinate. We deliver to hotels, resorts, Airbnbs, and houses from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM all 365 days of the year. We need the full name and the room or address, and once finished we send you a photo or video of the delivery.
Can I combine the cake with flowers, balloons, or a breakfast?
Yes, and it's the most popular choice for birthdays. You can add flowers, balloon bouquets, stuffed animals, or a surprise breakfast in the same order, and everything will be delivered together. If you tell us the occasion, we can suggest how the ensemble looks best.
What areas do you deliver cakes to?
We deliver to Playa del Carmen, Cancún, Tulum, Puerto Morelos, Puerto Aventuras, Akumal, and Costa Mujeres, plus Cuautitlán Izcalli and Satélite in the Estado de México. The cake is a fresh product, so it does not travel via courier: for other cities in the country, we have gifts that can withstand shipping via DHL.
Can I customize this product?
Yes. You can adjust the size, color, message, and contents. Just tell us what changes you'd like before confirming the order.
